The Party Department

A little party help, if you need it.

Some people love planning parties. Some people would rather just show up.

I happen to love figuring out the invitations, food, decorations, favors, and all the little details that make a celebration feel special.

The ideas are on me. The party is on you.

Think of me as your creative party consultant, not your event planner. I'll help you come up with the ideas, find the right pieces, and make a plan to pull it all together. You handle the party itself.

If you could use a hand, I've got two ways to help.

From Idea to Party

Love You 2 Pizzas!

A second birthday party with a lot of heart. And a lot of pizza.

A Valentine's-adjacent second birthday called for pizza, hearts, and an unreasonable amount of handmade paper goods.

I designed the invitation, made the garlands, cut out every tiny heart, baked the cookies, assembled the favors, and pulled together the entire party.

The only things I outsourced? The wine, the beer, and the pizza from Nannie Franco's. I know my limits. Occasionally.

A Little Help Goes A Long Way

Alleegator Tears It Up.

A surprise 40th, a little Beyoncé, and a lot of painter's tape.

When Allee's husband needed help pulling off her surprise 40th, I stepped in with custom invitations, a hand-painted banner, and a few Beyoncé-inspired details. The cupcakes came from a pro, the favors were a team effort, and I brought the creative pieces together.

Proof that you don't need a huge production to make a party feel personal.

Word On The Street

Nice things people have said. Unprompted, even.

  • “Crystal helped organize my wife’s surprise 40th birthday party and I couldn’t have done it without her. She helped pick the food, designed the invite, and even decorated. My wife loved it and I wouldn’t have been able to pull this off without Crystal’s help and expertise!”

    • Surprise 40th Birthday Client

  • “A party with personality, right down to the tiniest details."

    — Birthday Dinner Honoree

  • “Creative ideas, thoughtful details, and absolutely no boring parties.”
